Dorian Randall is a Marketing and Operations Associate at New Perspectives where she manages marketing and publicity strategies. She joined the team in July 2025 after seven years in New York City working in traditional trade publishing. Before moving to the Northeast, Dorian worked in outreach and education at the Mississippi Department of Archives and History where her love of narrative met her love of history.

A Jackson native, Dorian has a BA in Mass Communications and Journalism from the University of Southern Mississippi. She also holds an MA in Media Studies/Film Concentration from The Pennsylvania State University.

Dorian lives in Jackson. She’s an avid reader (of course), loves all things spooky and swashbuckling, and enjoys an eclectic taste in music.
